Morning: Arrive at Paro international Airport. Complete immigration and customs formalities. You will meet our team carrying your name placard at the Airport Gate who will drive you to Thimphu (1.5 hours)
Evening: Settle into your hotel and take a leisurely walk around Thimphu, visit local markets, and acclimatize to the altitude.
Morning: visit the National Memorial Chorten, Buddha Dordenma, and Tashichho Dzong.
Afternoon: Explore the Motithang Takin Preserve and visit local craft shops.
Evening: Prepare for the next journey to Phobjikha valley and overnight in hotel.
Morning: Drive to Phobjikha Valley (6 hour drive). Enjoy scenic views along the way.
Afternoon: Arrive in Phobjikha Valley, check into your guesthouse.
Evening: Short hike to explore the valley and get an introduction to the local ecology.
Morning: Visit the Gangtey Monastery and start your crane – spotting tour.
